Dragonfury Terms and Conditions
The rules that govern how we run this site and how you use it, explained in plain English.
This page sets out the Dragonfury terms and conditions that apply whenever you browse this site or take part in anything we offer here. By continuing to use our pages you accept the terms described below, along with the policies they reference. We keep this document written in plain language on purpose, because a terms page nobody can read is not a terms page that protects anybody.
These terms sit alongside our other policies rather than replacing them. Where a topic is covered in more depth elsewhere — for example in our bonus types page or our FAQ — we point you there instead of repeating it here, so you always read the most current version of that information in one place.
Who These Terms Apply To
These Dragonfury terms of use apply to every visitor who loads a page on this site, regardless of how you arrived here. If you use our site from a market where online gaming content is restricted, it remains your responsibility to understand and follow the rules that apply where you live. We expect every visitor to be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum age for the content presented across this site.
We may update these terms from time to time as our site, our offers or the law around us changes. When we make a meaningful change, the updated text replaces this page, and your continued use of our site after that update counts as acceptance of the new version. We encourage you to revisit this page occasionally rather than assuming nothing has moved.
Acceptable Use of Our Site
You agree to use this site only for its intended purpose: browsing information about our offers and the games referenced across our pages. You may not attempt to interfere with how our site functions, probe it for weaknesses, or use automated tools to copy, scrape or republish our content without permission. Any attempt to misuse our site in this way may result in access being withdrawn.
Content on this site — including text, layout, graphics and the Dragonfury name itself — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected accordingly. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of this site elsewhere without our written consent.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Where we describe a promotional offer on this site, the specific terms attached to that offer govern how it works, including any conditions on eligibility or use. Our current welcome offer is a 100% match, giving you 100% extra on your first deposit, and full conditions for that and any other promotion are set out on our bonus types page rather than duplicated here.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or replace a promotional offer at any time, and to refuse or withdraw an offer where we reasonably believe its terms have been misused. Reading an offer's own terms before taking part is the best way to avoid disappointment later.
Questions About How We Work
Our FAQ page collects the questions visitors ask us most often, from how our site is organized to how our offers are structured. If something in these terms raises a question that isn't answered on this page, that is the next place to look.
Visit our FAQLimitation of Liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is free of errors at every moment. We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on content found here, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Links to other pages of our own site are provided for convenience and do not change the terms that apply to the page you are reading.
Nothing in this document is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a term here conflicts with a protection you are entitled to under applicable law, the law takes precedence over the wording of this page.
Changes to Our Site and These Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of our site at any time, including features, pages or the offers described on them. We will try to keep major changes reflected promptly across our pages, including our mobile casino page and our live dealer page, so the information you read stays current. We are not obliged to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.
If you disagree with a change we make to these terms, your option is to stop using our site. Continued use after a change is posted is treated as your acceptance of the terms as they then stand.
Do these terms apply to every page on this site?
Yes. These terms apply across our entire site, though some pages — such as a specific promotional offer — may carry additional conditions of their own that work alongside this document.
What happens if Dragonfury updates these terms?
We replace this page with the updated version and treat your continued use of our site afterward as acceptance. We recommend checking back periodically rather than relying on a single reading.
Where can I find the conditions for a specific bonus?
Specific offer conditions live on our bonus types page rather than on this general terms page, so you always see the current wording for that offer.
Is there a minimum age to use this site?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years old to use our site, which matches the minimum age that applies across all of our content.
Who do these terms protect?
They set out a shared understanding between us and every visitor, covering acceptable use, our content, our offers, and the limits of our responsibility for the information presented here.
Contact and Further Reading
These Dragonfury terms and conditions are meant to be read as a starting point, not the final word on every topic. For day-to-day questions about how our site works, our FAQ page is the fastest route to an answer, and our bonus types page covers promotional conditions in full detail. Reading both alongside this page gives you the complete picture of how we operate.
